Indications:
Reference Listed Drug during bioequivalence study of this medication is Roaccutane® by Roche.
This medication is used to treat severe intractable nodular acne (Nodular acne, that is, inflammatory lesions with a diameter of ≥5mm, and the nodules may become suppurative or bleed).
Because there are obvious adverse reactions after the use of isotretinoin, it should be considered when other conventional treatments (including systemic antibiotic treatment) are ineffective. In addition, because isotretinoin may lead to serious birth defects, it is only applicable to women who are not prepared or unable to conceive.
